After the finals at the EPT festival in Malta Saturday main event (buy-in 5300) once again Poles make a great show. The best of them, Jarosław Sikora, took third place.

For the third place he grabbed €265 840, it’s more than 1.1 million polish zloty. Niall Farrell from Scotland won hhe EPT main event. He won the title and added to his bank account €534 300.

Sikora was so close to repeat Dominik Pańka’s last year result. Then he could have been the second Polish winner of this prestigious tournament called European Poker Tour. Our players impressed the public with a great game. Sikora was one of the leaders from the general tournament classification, he claimed a great position for a really long time. He reached the same result as Pańka on March EPT in Malta.

Other Poles that reached high positions: Marcin Wydrowski (37th place, €13 730), Adam Jaguścik (43rd place, €11, 840), Paweł Brzeski (45th place, €11, 840) and Przemyslaw Piotrowski (56th place, €10 580). 644 players started in this tournament.
