Paddy Power Betfair has promoted Ken Robertson to the new role of advertising director.
Robertson has worked at Paddy Power for 16 years in a number of senior roles for the betting operator at Paddy Power’s Sportsbet Australian subsidiary operation.
In the newly-created role, Robertson will lead Paddy Power Betfair’s European advertising initiatives, such as creative and brand planning, as well as campaign delivery.
Robertson’s appointment is the latest in a series of senior management moves at the company since it completed its merger in February.
Last month, Andy McCue, chief executive of Paddy Power before the merger, said he would leave his role as chief operating officer at the new entity.
Paddy Power Betfair has also reportedly informed staff that up to 650 jobs could be cut from its overall workforce of 7,200.
